It is with great pride that I invite you to join our team, Team Independence Cycling.  Our team consists of over thirty riders competing in Junior, Collegiate, Elite Amateur, and Masters Cycling and Triathlon events. We compete at road, track, cyclocross, and mountain bike races across the US and Canada. The 2007 season was arguably our best yet, and we look forward to improving on our results. Following another successful Pennsylvania and New Jersey cycling season, we had an undeniable presence that includes the PA 2004 and 2005 Best All-Around Rider.  We competed in over 60 events last season starting in late February and we are still racing until the last cyclocross events of the year in December.  Our new members raced their hearts out, while our veterans squeezed in a few impressive wins on the year’s toughest courses. Highlights this year include stage and overall victories at the International Stage Race (Altoona, PA), and 2^nd place at the Mt. Holly Invitational Grand Prix (Mt. Holly, NJ).

Coming off our incredible year on the bike, we’re ready to fully reach our potential as a team.  But we need your help!  For 2008, we’re returning the strong core of Team Independence while undergoing a few changes— talented new riders, bold new uniforms, and dynamic new sponsors.
